The Customer Service Representative supports the Customer Service Supervisor and department in the performance of daily activities which including but are not limited to creating and issuing invoices. Initiating billing cycles and verifying appropriate charges. Generating quotes for freight using establish company policies and procedures. Provides excellent customer service support by telephone and email.

Efficient in the use of MS Office - specifically email since this is the main form of communication with customers

One-year of business billing experience, nice to have

Experience in the transportation or logistics industry, a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
