Job Title: Structural Fitter
Job Description
As a Structural Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting large steel components used in utility structures, cranes, and custom steel fabrications. You will work from blueprints and layout drawings to ensure precise assembly and welding preparation.
Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings.
Fit and tack weld structural steel components according to specifications.
Operate overhead cranes, grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools.
Ensure all parts are aligned and meet tight tolerances before final welding.
Collaborate with welders and quality control to ensure product integrity.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
Essential Skills
3-5+ years of Structural Fitting experience.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and layout.
Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, squares, and levels.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
AWS certification is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
