We’re looking for an “owner’s mindset” individual who is highly analytical and entrepreneurial to join our team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This will be a key leadership role and will partner with the CFO and CEO, and requires a strategic thinker who can manage complex financial modeling and influence critical business decisions through data and operational insights engaging in deep strategic conversations and execution.
Experience with Multi-site Healthcare is the KEY to SUCCESS
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Cross-Functional Tracking: Systematically track the Company’s progress across all critical operational areas.
Financial Modeling & Strategy: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models (forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning) to support aggressive, multi-site expansion and operational optimization.
Data-Driven Influence: Translate complex data and analytics into clear, actionable financial narratives to influence C-level and operational leaders on capital allocation, pricing, and strategic initiatives.
Entrepreneurial Leadership: Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, demonstrating an entrepreneurial mindset to identify new efficiencies and revenue opportunities within a high-growth environment.
Compensation: Base: $100-110K
Bonus: 5%
Required Qualifications:
2-4 years of progressive experience in FP&A
Demonstrated experience in a healthcare provider environment
Experience with finance in a multi-entity environment
Exceptional ability in advanced financial modeling and forecasting.
Proven track record of success operating in a high-growth or private equity-backed environment.
