Position Overview We are seeking a per diem, part-time or full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a passion for neuro rehabilitation and communication therapy. This role involves evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans Provide therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing safety Document patient progress and maintain billing accuracy compliant with regulations Educate patients and families on communication strategies and home exercises Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings Requirements Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Michigan SLP license required ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred Minimum 2 years experience in neuro rehabilitation preferred CPR and First Aid certification Valid Michigan driver’s license and current auto insurance Schedule & Benefits 8-hour shifts with weekends as needed Competitive hourly pay starting at $50/hr 401(k) with company matching Health, dental, and vision insurance options Supportive work environment focused on patient-centered care Why Join Us?
