The position will be responsible for providing administrative, financial, and technical support activities for various projects throughout the WMATA system. The Project Controls Engineer will also perform varied administrative office functions, maintain project records, contract documentation, and financial reports, as well as monitor labor expenditures and assist with cost control efforts. The Project Controls Engineer will work under the direction of the Project Manager(s).

**Project Controls Engineer** Maintains familiarity with the JDAC Adjacent Construction Project Manual (ACPM) and JDAC Procedures relative to assigned;* Submits daily logs in a timely manner through WMATA’s Procore system; and* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field from an accredited College or University.* Excellent verbal/written communication skills, and strong technical writing skills;* Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Oracle PeopleSoft and Procore.Performs other project related duties as assigned by WMATA’s Task Manager. **REQUIREMENTS:** A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Controls, preferably in a cost management role.
