Infosys is seeking an OTC Derivatives Business Analyst. As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Pennington, NJ or Plano, TX. Candidate must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.

Experience in OTC derivatives, trade support, or middle/back‑office analysis.

Deep understanding of OTC derivative instruments (e.g., swaps, forwards, exotic products), life‑cycle events, collateral, and regulatory environments.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 4 years of relevant experience in OTC derivatives, trade support, or middle/back‑office analysis.

Practical knowledge in product features and trade mechanics for both exchange‑traded and OTC derivatives.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and adeptness with data tools (Excel, SQL, business intelligence platforms).

Excellent communication and documentation skills, with ability to translate business needs clearly.

Experience in Agile delivery, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management tools is a bonus.

Experience working in evolving bank systems and enterprise technology environments.

Familiarity with ISDA agreements or collateral/margin frameworks (e.g., CSA).

Exposure to market risk, credit risk, or collateral management systems.

Prior experience in banking or capital markets, especially in major financial institutions.

Planning and coordination skills.

Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based on Pennington, NJ will be Min – 76145 to Max – 98989.

Job Details The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
