We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with advanced PHP and Symfony skills to join our team. The role focuses on backend development, designing scalable systems, mentoring junior developers, and building maintainable, high-quality software solutions.

Develop and maintain advanced backend solutions using PHP and the Symfony framework Design, implement, and optimize MySQL or other relational databases Contribute to system architecture and participate in key technical design decisions Use Git for version control and collaborative development workflows Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices Efficiently debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical challenges Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Mentor and support junior developers, fostering team knowledge growth Stay up to date with new technologies, continuously learn, and help the team grow Required skills and knowledge
5+ years as a Software Developer with a proven project track record Advanced knowledge in PHP and Symfony Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar) Experience with designing and implementing scalable backend systems Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Team player with willingness to learn and mentor others Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Additional Advantage(s)
Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes Knowledge of JSON API / GraphQL Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message queuing systems Solid understanding of microservices architecture We offer
