Monday:

Build strategic account plans for three new enterprise customers - map organizations, identify champions, design onboarding for expansion.

Tuesday:

C-suite dinner in Midtown to deepen relationships that unlock firm-wide budgets.

Wednesday:

Collaborate with Solutions Engineering on seamless onboarding that drives cross-departmental adoption - then head out to a social with the US office andUK colleagues who have flown over for the week

Thursday:

Analyze usage data and customer feedback to accelerate your next expansion play.

Friday:

Run a 200-person webinar showcasing new capabilities that position your first $1m+ account.

The Opportunity You'll be joining our US team to lead on our largestEnterprise accounts, owning relationships that start at six figures and scale to seven. Leveraging your deep experience and market knowledge, you will develop our existing framework to drive our American expansion, while also enhancing our global strategies.

We're targeting market-leading Net Revenue Retention. Every client signs with clear expansion potential - your job is unlocking it through deep adoption and strategic relationship building.

Strategic Account Planning & Relationship Building

Cultivate deep relationships with C-suite stakeholders across multiple business units

Develop and execute comprehensive 6-month account plans for new enterprise customers

Work with Solutions Engineering to map out the delivery of workflows that align with customer goals

Project manage implementation while ensuring our work delivers measurable ROI and business value

Design onboarding sequences that set the foundation for future expansion

Implementation Excellence & Adoption

Own end-to-end project management for enterprise implementations

Navigate complex enterprise environments to drive adoption across departments

Monitor usage data and customer feedback to optimize expansion readiness

Ensure technical delivery exceeds expectations and creates expansion opportunities

Revenue Growth & Expansion

Present ROI analyses and business cases that justify account expansions

Turn successful implementations into expansion opportunities within the first 6 months

Lead client presentations and demos to showcase new capabilities to broader teams

Build expansion pipelines that transform six-figure deals into seven-figure accounts

You Bring

Significant experience managing enterprise relationships in SaaS/B2B tech with proven account expansion success

Experience developing and executing strategic account plans that drive measurable business outcomes

Track record of project managing complex enterprise implementations while maintaining stakeholder relationships

Ability to translate customer business goals into technical requirements and delivery milestones

Early-stage Startup/scale-up experience - comfortable building processes while executing at scale

Revenue accountability - you've owned NRR targets and expansion goals before

Data-driven approach to measuring adoption, ROI, and expansion readiness

Grit and determination - you run toward complex problems and tight implementation deadlines

Bonus Points

Real Estate or Financial Services experience

Experience building customer delivery processes from scratch

Location:

New York City (in-person with enterprise clients across the US)

Regularly travel throughout US for client visits and conferences (25% of time), and semi-regularly internationally to company HQ and for conferences

Growth Stage:

Series A, significant VC backing, rapid scaling

Compensation

Total compensation package of $200K+ OTE for top performers

Competitive base salary: $125K-$145K (commensurate with experience)

Equity package with standard 4-year vesting
