We are seeking a senior-level Associate Director of Corporate Sales Business Development to drive enterprise growth in the insurance industry. This person will focus on building, closing, and expanding relationships with national carriers selling large-scale call and lead generation programs. This role is ideal for someone with proven experience in enterprise sales who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll be on the frontlines of developing high-value partnerships, delivering measurable ROI for clients, and helping shape the future of performance media marketing in the insurance sector. This position is remote (hybrid available if within commuting distance to Boulder, CO) and open to candidates living in the following locations: Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wyoming, Washington DC, and Puerto Rico. Prospect, secure, and grow partnerships directly with top insurance carriers. Sell call and lead generation solutions designed to scale ROI for national accounts. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships with professionalism and trust. Partner with operations, analytics, and product teams to develop and optimize product, positioning, and sales pitches. Lead client onboarding and contracts process. Represent the company as a thought leader within the insurance and performance marketing space at conferences and industry events. Requirements:

5+ years in enterprise sales, business development, or account management in digital marketing, ad tech, or lead generation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent work experience. Proven success selling performance-based solutions (calls, leads, CPL/CPA) at the enterprise level. Demonstrated ability to close and grow Fortune 500 accounts in the insurance vertical. Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred) and pipeline management skills. High-level communication, negotiation, and presentation expertise. Preferred Qualifications:

Proven experience and connections with national insurance carriers and brokers/knowledge of the insurance industry. Track record of exceeding enterprise-level quotas (7+ figure accounts). Executive presence with consultative selling skills tailored for C-suite stakeholders. Data-driven, strategic thinker with excellent prioritization skills. Proactive, collaborative, and client-obsessed approach to business development. Benefits:
