Eligibility & Security Clearance
US Citizenship is required for this position. Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
Minimum 2 years of relevant engineering experience in an engineering design and development environment.
At least 2 years of direct experience with Test Equipment design and development tasks.
Preferred Technical Experience
Experience leading technical teams and projects.
Experience with National Instruments’
TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW Digital, and/or Analog, and/or RF, and/or power supply test hardware design experience .
Experience with routine use and/or automation of commercial test and measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power supplies, etc.).
Preferred experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira/Confluence, and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) tracking software.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of test hardware, software, and/or firmware through its development cycle, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities.
Work with Prime Engineering, Production, and Operations teams early in the development cycle to identify capability and capacity needs for manufacturing test and ensure smooth deployment to manufacturing facilities.
Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations through the development lifecycle.
Lead medium-to-large sized teams to meet project budget, schedule, and performance commitments.
