Overview

A leading investment management firm is seeking a Client Data Analyst to enhance data integrity and support business development efforts across its Managed Account Division.

Responsibilities

• Compile and validate sponsor AUM and flow detail on a monthly basis, working with both internal and external parties.
• Incorporate all data into the Broadridge platform, adhering to required formats and naming conventions.
• Review all outputs to ensure accuracy, investigate anomalies, and resolve reporting errors.
• Create and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual AUM/flow reporting, including board and management-level reports.
• Perform ongoing analysis of FA information and provide timely updates to Regional Directors.
• Oversee FA cash flow data and ensure accuracy of both existing FA records and FA prospects within the CRM.
• Conduct regular data quality checks to maintain completeness and consistency across all advisor-related data.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of CRM data, including FA and prospect records.
• Ensure data is updated in a timely manner to support Regional Directors, reporting, and marketing efforts.
• Maintain the quality of all client and prospect lists within the HubSpot marketing enablement platform.
• Manage lead generation workflows and HubSpot automation processes.
• Scrub, import, and update contact lists from the CRM into HubSpot to support business development initiatives.
• Assist with Seismic integration and ensure accurate alignment of data with sales enablement tools.
• Support ad hoc reporting requests from Regional Directors.
• Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience within the investment management industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Excellent presentation/communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong project management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and execute upon agreed strategy.

Compensation

Base pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000, Plus Bonus
