Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize bid management and operational processes
• Support digitalization efforts through automation and workflow improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Excel macros
• Manage and improve data flows across CRM, ERP, and proposal management platforms
• Contribute to proposal development, especially in technical sectors such as transformers or electrical equipment

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification preferred
• 3+ years of experience in bid management, process improvement, digitalization or operations support. Experience with CRM, ERP, or proposal management platforms preferred
• Proven experience with automation tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel macros, SharePoint, workflows, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with proposal development in technical or industrial sectors (transformers or electrical equipment preferred)

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
