Brandito, LLC is hiring: Warehouse Manager in Virginia

The Warehouse Manager oversees operations in the warehouse to ensure all incoming and
outgoing inventory is processed efficiently and according to each program’s Operating
Procedures. The Warehouse Manager is also responsible for training new employees,
coaching and managing warehouse employees, and monitoring processes and
compliance with safety standards.

The Warehouse Manager must interface well with the entire team to create workplace
efficiencies and maintain a healthy company culture. Leading by example, their actions

Duties/Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement warehouse best practices and safety regulations for headquarters and all future warehouse acquisitions
• Assist the Director of Operations in the successful integration of add on warehouses Manage warehouse associates monitoring work performance, establishing KPIs, and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment
• Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse that is highly sustainable for future growth
• Manage reporting, inventory, and replenishment levels using the WMS to ensure KPIs and order accuracy levels are achieved
• Work with the Enterprise Team Lead, E-Commerce Supervisor, and other location Warehouse Managers to ensure compliance and safety regulations are met and regularly reviewed in compliance with the latest federal and state safety regulations
• Set warehouse and team goals in collaboration with the Leadership team and hold the team accountable to these goals
• Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives to improve employees performance and the ongoing coaching of employees
• Leads warehouse projects from planning through execution, effectively managing timelines and resources to ensure successful implementation and operational efficiency
• Communicate with all departments (sales, operations, finance, e-comm) to ensure products and procedures are handled according to the statement of work executed by each customer

Qualifications:

• 3+ years warehouse management experience
• Experience managing a warehouse that has grown from a small to large operation
• Computer skills: email, CRM Tool, e-commerce platforms, WMS inventory
  management, Outlook based applications
• Willingness to undergo a background assessment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift & carry items at least 50 lbs.
• Able to stand, kneel, bend at knees, squat throughout the day

Position is located in our Richmond, VA warehouse.
