Our Client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. This role involves leading staff, ensuring compliance with customs and safety regulations, managing inventory, and coordinating with other departments to keep workflows efficient and on time. We’re looking for a strong leader with hands‑on logistics experience and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
• Manage inventory levels, stock counts, and shipment records
• Ensure compliance with customs, bonded warehouse, and OSHA safety requirements
• Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff; set performance goals and evaluate results
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide reports to management
• Collaborate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Maintain warehouse organization, equipment, and safe working conditions

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• 7+ years warehouse experience, including 3+ years supervising 50,000+ sqft warehouse/3PL operations
• Familiarity with Eccang WMS or similar warehouse management systems
• Solid knowledge of e‑commerce fulfillment processes (receiving, putaway, pick & pack, labeling, returns, carrier integration, etc.)
• Forklift Certification required; OSHA Safety Training preferred
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse layout optimization
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and general computer skills
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Experience managing a team of 4+ employees
• Knowledge of PGA regulations and furniture logistics a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift/move 50 lbs regularly; occasionally 100+ lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing
• Must meet vision requirements (close, distance, color, depth, focus)
