Our client, a leading professional services firm, is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests and staff. This is a great opportunity for a polished and professional individual with 2–5 years of front desk or administrative experience looking to join a reputable, fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and warmth.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate conference room schedules and prepare meeting spaces.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and expense tracking.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and uphold a professional environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2–5 years of receptionist or front-desk experience (experience in financial or professional services is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of office equipment.
