What You’ll Be Doing
As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume, industrial/warehouse environment. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and ensure a fair and engaging hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across various levels and geographic areas
- Source, attract, and screen active and passive candidates using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role needs and ensure consistent, equitable hiring practices

You Bring
- A minimum of 2 years of full-cycle, high volume recruiting experience in an industrial or warehouse setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High adaptability and the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- A team-focused mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
