Overview

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Employment: 1-year contract

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face customer support, assisting with forms, inquiries, and tax-related guidance.
  • Handle in-person and virtual appointments via a shared inbox and calendar.
  • Manage team inbox inquiries from internal and external customers.
  • Interpret and apply customer service operations with discretion and accuracy.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding tax laws and services.
  • Support taxpayer services through both in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service background.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and related processes.
  • Proficiency with business software and office systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Bilingual communication ability.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Adaptability to new software tools.
