Recruiter 2 role at BCforward, Redmond, WA. Anticipated Start Date: ASAP.
Length: 4 Months, Contract. Pay Range: $35-37/hr. Actual compensation may vary by location, experience, and responsibilities. This posting is not an offer of employment.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full life-cycle recruitment process for all FTE roles across Azure data, security, MAI, commercial/Sales, and Marketing lines of business, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers or rejecting candidates, and onboarding.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay aligned with current and future hiring and business needs.
- Engage and pipeline candidates: contact applicants about employment possibilities and keep candidates warm for upcoming roles.
Required Skills
2-4 years of talent acquisition experience (sourcing or recruiting) or a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field. Strong understanding of talent markets and candidate profiles with the ability to develop strategies to meet hiring objectives under tight deadlines.
Skills
- Verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring.
- Boolean search skills; ability to conduct targeted searches across multiple platforms.
- Understanding of recruitment, selection, and training principles and procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; adaptable to process changes.
