Great American Restaurantsis looking for energetic and passionate leaders of kitchen operations who are masterful coaches for leading food excellence and act as a liaison between the staff and management team.

• Competitive salary $55,000-$65,000

Responsibilities include:

• Lead outstanding kitchen operations with a hands-on approach, supporting the line where needed.
• Have superior product and recipe knowledge in order to impact food quality.
• Consistently execute impactful line checks.
• Accountable for managing the window at an outstanding level.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• 2-5 years working in casual, high volume restaurant kitchens
• Passion for food and hospitality
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree preferred
