Kitchen Managers/Sous Chefs are responsible for ensuring outstanding food quality and recipe adherence through the management of our passionate line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and Kitchen Supervisors.
Competitive salary $65,000-$100,000
Quarterly bonuses earned through achieving results in hospitality and operations

Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience:
2-5 years working in casual, high volume restaurants
Strong understanding of restaurant operations
Ability to lead a team
Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
