Base pay range: $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr

We’re looking for a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Production Manager to lead operations in one of our open-to-the-public kitchens. You’ll oversee daily production while upholding our highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead and support a team of cooks, mixers, packagers, and rovers, ensuring every meal is prepared with care and consistency. Responsibilities

• Oversee overall back-of-house operations and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Train and develop staff on food preparation and kitchen safety; hire, onboard, and manage staff schedules to meet business needs.
• Maintain food quality, quantity, and production timelines; manage inventory to ensure safety and cleanliness compliance.
• Lead and participate in the following departments: Cooks, Mixers, Packagers, and Rovers to ensure safe, high-quality, human-grade pet food in small batches.
• Prepare production and transfer documents, labels, and move finished products to processing deliveries.
• Model company values and establish a positive culture within the team.
• Support clean-up during and at the end of shifts.

Qualifications

• Team leadership experience with kitchen management background.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail and quality in repetitive tasks.
• Understanding of basic cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; accuracy and speed in task execution.
• Excellent organizational skills; ServSafe certification is preferred.
