Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Springdale, AR. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks include handling customer communications, resolving complaints, managing orders, and coordinating with various departments to meet customer needs.
