Summary:

Builds a loyal customer base by solving customer problems, providing excellent customer service, and making the store experience interactive, engaging, and reassuring by performing the following duties:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develops positive customer relationships.
• Serves customers by matching them with the right products.
• Maintains the visual appeal of the store.
• Optimizes store displays.
• Explains product features and benefits.
• Calculates discounts and promotions applicable to rental agreements or sales.
• Maintains customer folders properly.
• Qualifies customers for products.
• Performs sales and marketing calls.
• Stays updated on current products, pricing, sales, promotions, policies, and procedures.
• Assists with creating and verifying rental agreements and educating customers about them.
• Supports training and development of delivery and installation staff.
• Assists with inventory management.
• Refurbishes store merchandise as needed.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by management.
