Overview
As an Associate Recruiter at Reynolds and Reynolds, your main focus will be to attract candidates to join our team. Acting as a bridge between hiring managers and the Recruitment Department, you will guide applicants through our onboarding process. You will attend local and remote career fairs, collaborate with colleges and universities, and promote the Reynolds and Reynolds brand to students, showcasing our exciting career prospects.
Responsibilities

- Act as a bridge between hiring managers and the Recruitment Department.
- Attend local and remote career fairs and collaborate with colleges and universities to promote the Reynolds and Reynolds brand.
- Represent Reynolds and Reynolds to students, showcasing career prospects and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must have a valid driver’s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
- Experience in Recruiting, Sales or Customer Service
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize daily and handle constant change
