Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Assembler position is part of the Production Team. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):

Responsibilities
The Manufacturing Assembler position is part of the Production Team. This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position. This position will require a broad range of responsibilities to ensure success. Some examples of these responsibilities are listed below (but are not limited to the following):
- Review and retrieve required inventory parts on schematics, drawings or work instructions.
- Perform simple to complex assembly operations.
- Test and inspect product to ensure specifications are met.
- Report any deficiency to the Department Lead.
- Follow department processes to ensure ISO compliance.
- Possess some electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to use small hand tools including but not limited to cutters, strippers, crimpers and screwdrivers.
- Ability to use basic judgment in quality analysis and communicate with Department Lead any discrepancies.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve workplace environment and safety conditions.
- Maintain clean, neat, safe and orderly work area.
- Attend work regularly and promptly.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Attend and participate in all required training.
- Attend and participate in all departmental meetings.
- Other essential duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma, GED or High School Equivalence Certificate desired.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Knowledge of raw materials.
- Understand production processes.
- Understand production procedures and processes.
- Understand the basics of electricity and mechanics.
- Ability to use small hand tools.
- Understand how to read diagrams.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
- Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
- The ability to arrange items or actions in a certain order/pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules.
- Follows safety policies and procedures, including personal protective equipment, reports potential hazards and near messes, maintains a neat and orderly work area, and proactively seeks opportunities to improve workplace environment, health, and/or safety conditions.
