Responsibilities

• Meet virtually with clients via Zoom to review their benefits options
• Educate clients on available coverage and assist them in making informed decisions
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
• Manage your schedule and maintain organization in a remote setting
• Participate in training and leadership development opportunities

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
• Coachable and willing to learn new skills
• A state life insurance license is required for this role (guidance provided for Georgia residents)
• Open to residents of Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, and Tennessee with an active life insurance license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a plus (but not required!)
