Position Overview We are seeking an exceptional Release Engineering contractor to join our team and drive continuous improvement in our CI/CD practices. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can manage complex deployment pipelines across diverse environments while mentoring the team. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins (CloudBees preferred) Manage release workflows across multiple technology stacks (Java/Spring Boot, Python, Angular) Orchestrate deployments across AWS services, on-premises OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), and VM environments Implement and optimize containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes Integrate security scanning tools and vulnerability assessments into CI/CD pipelines Manage Tomcat cluster deployments and Spring Boot application releases Optimize performance across multi-OS environments (Linux, Windows, macOS) Lead pipeline automation initiatives and establish security-first best practices Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge transfer Challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement Troubleshoot and resolve complex deployment issues across diverse platforms Required Technical Skills CI/CD Expertise : Advanced Jenkins experience (CloudBees platform strongly preferred) Java Ecosystem Mastery :
Spring Boot application deployment and configuration Tomcat cluster management and optimization Maven/Gradle build systems Java application performance tuning
Multi-Technology Proficiency : Java, Python, and Angular application deployment Security Integration :

Cross-Platform Operations :
