Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting multiple recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent time management abilities, and a customer service-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid)
What's the Job?
Support 3 to 5 recruiters to move and guide candidates through the recruitment process. Schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and resolve escalations from customers. Audit offer letters and advise candidates on next steps in the hiring process. Initiate background checks and assist with immigration/sponsorship processes. Book travel arrangements for candidate interviews as needed. What's Needed?
Proven experience in interview scheduling, preferably in a high-volume tech environment. Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to be agile and adapt as technology evolves. Experience supporting talent advisors from a coordination perspective. What's in it for me?
