HR Business Partner

Our Client is a global energy services and solutions provider with offices throughout the world. An HR Business Partner is required to take on an exciting role working with the Senior HR Manager to roll out all aspects of human resources, which include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning initiatives, etc. Responsibilities will include : Providing guidance and advice to Business leaders on human resources matters, including policies, practices, and employee relations. Creating and implementing new human resources programs, policies, and solutions. Organising manpower planning and resource plans with business leaders. Monitoring all activities related to recruitment and liaising with the recruitment team. Engaging with other departments as needed. Working with Global HR to enhance employee experience. Managing staff performance issues with business leaders. Driving schemes related to succession planning and talent management. Advising business leaders on attrition rates and initiatives to streamline headcount where necessary. Managing all recruitment activities in collaboration with Hiring Managers. Producing HR Metrics for review by business leaders and Global HR. Undertaking talent onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to ensure proper orientation. Conducting exit interviews and managing exit processes. Ensuring all international work visa applications are updated and renewed as required. Talent will : Possess a degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Demonstrate 8 years of HR experience. Have experience working in the oil and gas or a related industry. Be well-versed in employment regulations. Spanish communication skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
