Position Highlights Physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment Provide care across the continuum, focusing on value-based care with a robust support team of specialists Procedures may include: simple skin surgery, fracture care, joint injections, maternity care, IUDs, etc. Full-time, schedule typically 4 or 4.5 workdays per week Must be comfortable working with advanced providers What makes Optum/American Health Network different? This is total cash compensation at target. Actual range and pay mix vary based on experience, metrics, and other factors. Benefits include eligibility per company policy.
