House Manager / Personal Assistant
to manage household operations, support family routines, and serve as
Personal Assistant to the CEO of a global women’s wellness brand
. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in creating structure, maintaining a beautiful and organized home, and ensuring the CEO’s personal and family life run smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Perform
daily cleaning and tidying
(laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, organization) Maintain household organization and manage grocery shopping, supplies, and vendor schedules Transport one school-aged child to and from school and activities; assist with homework and routines Prepare healthy meals and snacks Manage the
CEO’s inbox and calendar
, coordinating appointments, priorities, and travel logistics Assist CEO with lifestyle content creation for social media Help plan client events and retreats Schedule personal and family appointments Run errands, handle returns, and organize receipts and records Care for
one cat
, including daily feeding, litter box, and vet appointments Requirements
3+ years of experience as a House Manager, Nanny, or Personal Assistant Exceptional organizational and time management skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Tech-savvy (Google Calendar, Gmail, Canva, or similar tools) Professional, trustworthy, and detail-oriented Background check required Schedule & Compensation
Approximately
40–45 hours per week -flexible schedule Core hours align with school schedule; flexibility required for evenings and weekends Competitive salary
