Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer's dream.

We're hiring a

GTM Architect

to design and own the engine that powers prospect engagement for our customers. This leader will set the strategy, playbooks, and technical foundations that enable our customers to book the most Meetings using the Vendelux platform. You will be both

strategic architect and technical operator , ensuring our customers' GTM motion scales with speed, precision, and deliverability.

What You'll Do

Own GTM Outreach Strategy:

Define the frameworks and playbooks for how Vendelux runs outbound to book meetings for our customers at scale, including ICP targeting, sequencing, personalization, and multi-channel engagement. Scale the Outreach Engine:

Design and implement systems, processes, and tooling to enable the team to manage outreach at 10x the current scale without sacrificing quality. Be the Technical Expert in GTM:

Serve as the in-house expert on outreach tooling, data flows, integrations, and automation (e.g., Instantly, n8n, CRMs, enrichment, deliverability tools). Measure & Optimize Performance:

Define KPIs and reporting to track the health and ROI of outreach campaigns, driving continuous improvement across funnel metrics. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with Product, Data, and Customer Success leadership to align GTM outreach with broader company objectives and ensure we hit revenue goals. Qualifications

8+ years of GTM, demand generation, or sales operations experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in outbound outreach strategy, including playbook design, campaign architecture, and scaling infrastructure. Hands-on experience with modern GTM and automation tools (e.g., Instantly, n8n, HubSpot/Salesforce, enrichment platforms). Technical knowledge of outreach/deliverability preferred (domain warmup, DNS, email reputation, IP strategy, compliance). Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign ROI, funnel health, and optimization levers. Strong leadership skills with a track record of scaling GTM operations. Startup or high-growth SaaS experience preferred. Why Join Us Impact:
