Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation. Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of construction management plans. Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors. Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high-quality standards. Ensure stakeholders are actively engaged and develop beneficial relationships between the project, clients, subcontractors, community, and other external parties. Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and System-Wide Contractors (SWCs).
Requirements: Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building or Architecture. At least 3 years of experience managing Civil, Architectural, and/or E&M Building Services works of similar scale and complexity.
