Senior Project Engineer (MNC/ Electrical/5 days)

Key Responsibilities: Manage projects and ensure milestones are met on schedule. Create and track master project schedules. Coordinate with internal/external parties for project implementation. Oversee progress of each function to keep project on track. Lead Factory Acceptance Tests with clients and distributors. Ensure all documentation is finalized for delivery. Plan and coordinate site testing and transition to after-sales. Provide initial technical support during project execution. Support feasibility studies and project cost estimation. Submit monthly project status reports highlighting key issues. Review and support submittals of 3rd-party products/drawings. Join continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with other sites on deliveries, testing, and documentation. Update progress in weekly meetings with internal teams. Attend site meetings with contractors/consultants as needed. Supervise and coordinate on-site installations with subcontractors. Qualifications: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years' experience, or Diploma with 5–7 years. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
