Responsibilities:
Finance
Maintaining strong finance controls and safeguarding organization assets Responsible for ensuring sufficient cash and investments for long-term strategic health and strength of the organization . Preparing timely and accurate financial reports and presenting to CEO, Finance Committee and Board of Directors as required Preparing and reviewing departmental and agency budgets and forecasts to ensure long term health of the organization . Review departmental budgets and staffing with budget holders and prepare reports and analysis of variances . Maintain all insurance policies and others contract , review and ensure current. Oversight of all functions and staff in the following areas : Cash Management Accounting Accounts payable Accounts receivable Front Desk Facilities Information Technology Security Audit Supervision of all agency billing and monitoring of agency wide receivables Play key role in developing agency wide financial and operational policies . Monitoring purchasing procedures with Office Manager Ensure compliance with all local, state and Federal regulations, as well as developing strong Internal Controls Work with external auditors and ensure annual audit is done in a timely manner .
Administration
Overseeing day-to-day functions of KJCC administration, including finance, facilities, security, front desk and information technology. Assist CEO and leadership team with development of a long-term strategic plan Work as part of leadership team to create policies and procedures for successful operations . Ensure the integrity and safety of organization operations, including physical security as well as internal and cyber-security with IT staff and support. Update day-to-day planning, maintenance and efficiency reporting requirements. Ensure compliance on a company, state and federal level. Assist CEO and leadership team with outreach and business relations. Maintain effective relationships with staff, board members and stakeholders.
Facilities
Develop daily, weekly and long-term maintenance plan s with Director of Facilities for all JCC buildings and grounds , including: Wellness Center and Gymnasium Preschool Outdoor and shared areas Pool Ensure compliance with safety and other building code requirements . Work with Director of Facilities to ensure all building functions, internal and external, are operating and have backup systems in case of mechanical and other issues . Work with staff at Perelman Jewish Day school to ensure shared billing and schedules are maintained and we operate with great neighbor policy. Maintain relationship with Federation partners on maintenance, lease and other concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field CPA or MBA preferred . Minimum 5 years' relevant experience working in finance, accounting and management . Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient with accounting software packages, reporting and analysis . Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Effective time management; highly organized and flexible in approach. Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency with Sage or other accounting software is also desirable.
Benefits and Compensation:
