The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process, providing essential support to the talent acquisition team and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role involves managing the administrative aspects of recruitment, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates and hiring managers.

This role is a contract position and will be onsite in our San Diego office 2-3 days per week. Responsibilities: These may include but are not limited to: Create a positive and seamless experience for all candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process Facilitate all things in our applicant tracking system, not limited to creating job postings, system maintenance, process improvements, onboarding and user access Maintain and update Talent Acquisition Metrics and dashboards for reporting Work with Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition partners, and candidates to schedule and coordinate interviews and presentations Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the entire interview process Facilitate scheduling and logistics for interviews and debriefs Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant and interview status Support the communication and coordination of interview and offer related activities for candidates General day-to-day scheduling and administrative duties Coordinate candidate travel and the candidate expenses process, as needed Offer ideas to streamline our processes and improve upon existing programs Take on projects of impact to our workflow and experiences provided Other duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related business degree. Minimum 1+ years as a coordinator within Human Resources or Talent Acquisition Experience with heavy scheduling and calendaring Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask and extremely detail oriented Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with MS Word, Excel Strong sense of Urgency Preferred:

Biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint Experience working with Workday or other similar tools
