[Urgent] Sales Admin Officer | Central Region, marine and offshore engineering

Process sales orders accurately and coordinate product shipments in a timely manner. Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Maintain accurate sales records and ensure all data is kept up-to-date in internal systems. Liaise with internal departments such as logistics and finance to support end-to-end order fulfillment. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and engineering teams. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to customer orders, account discrepancies, or documentation errors. Monitor and follow up on customer payment matters, ensuring prompt recovery of overdue payments. Support process improvements by providing feedback and suggestions to streamline internal sales coordination procedures. Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned by Management. Requirements: Atleast 1 years experience of relevant experience. Familiarity in Excel tools. Good in communication.
