The Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the Marketing Team by providing the necessary tools, supplies, and resources to deliver exemplary service.
Qualifications
High School diploma and at least one year of experience as a coordinator. Resourceful; able to think outside the box. Confident with excellent telephone, interpersonal, and organizational skills. High energy, motivated, and dependable. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel. Quick learner with initiative and good follow-through skills. Able to work independently to meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with good computer skills and an eye for online design. Responsibilities
Manage the 800 number database. Assist with Omniture analytics maintenance and report generation. Support advertising initiatives, both online and offline. Coordinate phone statistics and assist with search engine optimization and benchmarking. Assist with website content updates across various sites. Prepare revenue and PPC reports. Process invoices and reconcile media budgets. Conduct internet research and assist with special projects as needed.
