What Youll Do
As our
Senior Payroll Manager Americas , youll lead end-to-end payroll operations across three countries, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational excellence. Youll manage a lean, remote team and partner closely with HR, Finance, and Audit to deliver timely, compliant payrolls. This is a hands-on leadership role where youll also drive strategic initiativeslike our migration from ADP Streamline to ADP Celergo.
Youll be the go-to expert for all things payroll in the region, and your work will directly impact employee experience, financial integrity, and operational scalability.

Were seeking a
seasoned payroll leader
with deep expertise in U.S., Canadian, and Colombian payrolls. Youre someone who:
Has led multi-country payroll operations and thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments. Can roll up your sleeves to resolve escalations, lead audits, and drive process improvements. Brings a sharp accounting mindset and can translate payroll data into actionable insights. Is fluent in Spanish and comfortable navigating regional compliance nuances. Is excited to lead a systems transformation and mentor a high-performing team.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Managing payroll operations for the U.S., Canada, and Colombia with precision and compliance. Leading and developing two remote payroll administrators. Owning escalations, reconciliations, and audit readiness (SOX included). Driving the buildout of a new payroll company code for Colombiafrom design to go-live. Collaborating with HR and Finance while maintaining clear ownership of payroll deliverables. Building dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to inform leadership decisions. Championing process improvements and automation initiatives.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 6+ years of payroll experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role. Experience with ADP platforms (Workforce Now required; Celergo a plus). Fluency in Spanish (preferred). Strong internal controls and SOX compliance experience. Advanced Excel skills and experience with payroll analytics tools like Power BI. Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
