Variable SALARY RANGE:
$105,872.00 - $164,091.20 yearly General Summary: Nurse Managers are responsible for managing one or more defined areas of nursing service. They allocate resources to promote efficient, safe, and high-quality care based on professional standards and scopes of nursing practice. Responsibilities: Demonstrates competency in the ANA Nurse Administrator Standards of Practice and professional performance. Attains patient satisfaction and quality measures goals. Demonstrates nursing leadership by role modeling professional behavior, exercising core values, and practicing innovation. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities. Required Education, Credentials, and Experience: Education: Bachelors Degree in Nursing; will accept a bachelors degree in another discipline if the candidate holds an MSN. Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program/university. Credentials: Registered Nurse; Basic Life Support; Certification related to the position, if applicable. Experience: Required: Three (3) years of nursing experience; previous leadership roles such as preceptor/clinical coordinator. Preferred: Previous experience as Manager of Operating Room.
