Handle day-to-day general ledger activities and month-end closing processes Maintain and update the fixed asset register in compliance with accounting standards Manage balance sheet schedules including accruals, prepayments, and reconciliations Assist in the preparation of indirect tax submissions (e.g. GST) and audit schedules Liaise with internal stakeholders on capital expenditure matters Support financial reporting and perform other ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned The Successful Applicant
A successful GL Executive should have: A diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Demonstrates strong independence and accountability in managing responsibilities. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines. Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive attitude towards improving processes and systems. What's on Offer
