Chenega Military, Intelligence & Operations Support (MIOS) is seeking an experienced

Software Developer

to support large-scale government operations by leveraging cutting-edge technology. This role involves modifying existing GOTS code, integrating open-source solutions, and developing software for Aeronautical Production Systems.

Responsibilities

Code, develop, integrate, and debug Python, React, .NET Core, and other languages, with familiarity in Python Flask, Mapping, Gitlab/DevOps, and ESRI development.

Write validation tests and assist with unit testing.

Automate AWS and RDS tasks through scripting.

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software systems.

Participate in peer reviews and adapt to various responsibilities.

Analyze software requirements and develop corresponding products.

Identify software and hardware dependencies and capacities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 2+ years, or High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of experience.

Possession of an AWS Certified Developer - Associate is a strong plus.

Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience with AWS services including S3, EC2, Lambda, and automation scripting.

Background in software development or integration in cloud, SOA, Web-Services, or virtualization environments.

Skills in TypeScript, Node.js/Express, C#, Postgres, DevSecOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Python, .NET Core, Linux, Bash scripting, AWS SDK, JavaScript, Java, and SQL.

Ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple efforts, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and customer service experience.
