URGENT: Procurement Engineer (semicon/fab)

Develop New Suppliers: Source, qualify, and onboard new fabrication and structural suppliers for semiconductor/automation equipment (e.g., precision machined parts, enclosures, sheet metal, frames). Optimize Supplier Base: Assess existing supplier performance, capacity, and capabilities; develop and implement strategic realignment plans to meet current and future growth needs. Drive Cost Savings: Develop and execute periodic cost reduction programs with both new and existing suppliers. Mentor & Share Expertise: Actively mentor colleagues to strengthen team capabilities in strategic sourcing and supplier management. Requirements: Min Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics engineering Min 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry. Able to read mechanical drawings A team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
