Urgent: System & Process Engineer (MNC)

Responsibilities: Contributing to the design and development of hardware and software components for equipment in the semiconductor industry, including analysis, modeling, calculations, measurements, and qualification. Defining hardware and software requirements for a cross-functional development team, including mechanics, electronics, software, and motion control. Conducting experiments and analyzing results to determine optimal system parameters and machine production sequences. Providing assistance to both internal and external customers, with occasional business travel. Collaborating with product management on customer projects. Supporting manufacturing engineering with assembly and supplier-related issues. Requirements: University-level technical education, preferably in microsystem technology, mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering. Previous experience in semiconductor, mechanical/electrical engineering, or a related field is a plus. Strong teamwork abilities, with initiative and personal accountability. Capable of presenting complex topics in a manner tailored to the audience. Knowledge, experience, and involvement in ESG initiatives is a plus.
