Responsibilities:

Selected candidates will perform training development and implementation, following established processes, in support of the following activities:

Translate technical and complex system information and requirements into training design elements. Develop the Air Traffic, Technical Operations, Security Data Administration, and Second Level Engineering Course training materials. Support Training reviews of development materials. Generate Course Material to deliver and support Design and Development documents. Deliver course materials and provide instruction and support in lecture, lab setup, lab conduct, course revision, and course development for the following Courses validation activities.

Skills And Experience

Ability to translate technical and complex design information into user-friendly E-IDS training material (Instructor Led Training (ILT) and Web Based Training (WBT). Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Visio or graphic editor, Articulate Storyline3 or equivalent animated WBT Demonstrated ability to review and provide editorial comments for content developed by other team members Experience in one of the four FAA subject areas Air Traffic Technical Operations Support Security and Data Administration Second level Debug and Engineering Support

Qualifications

Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related discipline Relevant experience: 0 to 12 (or more) years of experience Candidates who are Non-Immigrant Aliens (not a U.S. Citizen) or an Immigrant Alien (U.S. Permanent Resident-Green Card Holder) must have resided in the U.S. for a minimum of three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
