Develop standards and ensure proper documentation of all technical library references and manuals. Develop and optimize SQL queries for report generation and database management tasks. Create testing and development environments from the College’s ERP production system. Assist in the administration of the College’s ERP system. Install new system software with controls for backup and recovery. Coordinate with campus departments for application implementation and integration with the ERP system. Regularly consult knowledge bases and training manuals to update skills. Prepare status reports on system configuration and projects. Provide technical support for Applications Development Services. Participate in SQL Server database administration as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Knowledge of enterprise-level Windows operating systems and utilities. Experience developing SQL queries in MS SQL environment, including creating tables, views, functions, stored procedures, and reports. Excellent service skills and ability to work in a diverse campus community. Experience with ERP environments in higher education. Analytical skills for application troubleshooting and development. Basic knowledge of PowerShell automation. Understanding of networks, hardware, and software. Basic SQL database administration skills. Basic knowledge of Linux. Additional Information
