You will be responsible for talent development, people strategies, change management, organizational efficiency, and fostering a culture of ownership within the organization. Responsibilities include:

Talent Development:

Lead performance management, ensure proper training, facilitate onboarding, goal setting, development planning, reviews, and coaching. Staffing & Recruiting:

Collaborate with hiring managers, train on talent acquisition, participate in interviews, analyze hiring trends, and assess talent gaps. Workforce Planning:

Assess organizational structures, lead talent movement, and ensure staffing aligns with needs. Employee Relations:

Resolve performance issues proactively, identify trends, and train managers on processes. Drive Culture:

Promote Kraft Heinz values, lead cultural initiatives like MBOs and continuous improvement. Building Organization Capability:

Partner with leaders to enhance training, mentoring, and development programs. Budget Management:

$96,800 - $121,000 Bonus:

Performance-based, as per plan. Compensation varies based on location, experience, and other factors. Benefits:
