You will serve as a strategic HR business partner for key groups within our Elevation Commercial Business Unit, leading initiatives in talent development, people strategies, change management, organizational efficiency, and fostering a culture of ownership. Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
Identify opportunities and gaps, propose solutions via people levers to achieve results and drive operational excellence. Talent Development:
Lead performance and potential discussions, support managers and employees in feedback and development. Staffing & Recruiting:
Collaborate with hiring managers on staffing plans, ensure effective recruitment processes, and develop analytics on hiring trends. Workforce Planning:
Assess organizational structures and lead talent movement aligned with staffing needs. Employee Relations:
Proactively address performance issues and train managers on communication channels and processes. Drive Culture:
Promote Kraft Heinz values and lead cultural initiatives such as MBOs and continuous improvement. Budget Management:
Manage team budgets, optimize costs, and lead organizational redesigns for efficiency. Ideal Candidate Profile:
Highly ambitious, motivated, and committed to excellence. Knowledgeable in HR functions and practices. Understanding of local employment laws. Excellent communicator adaptable to different audiences. Decisive with the ability to challenge and influence leadership. Strong understanding of business metrics, especially financials. Experience influencing strategy around talent and behaviors. Base Salary Range:
$102,100 - $127,600 Bonus:
