We're looking for a Records Management Specialist with a strong background in federal records compliance and Intelligence Community policies to support a critical national security customer. Responsibilities

Support the Records Management Group (RMG) in ensuring compliance with the Federal Records Management Act, CFR, USC, and applicable IC/NARA policies. Assist in the development and implementation of Records Control Schedules (RCS) and maintain documentation for both digital and physical records. Coordinate with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to evaluate and update RCSs. Deliver records management training to customer personnel and develop written training materials. Provide support for physical records archiving efforts and electronic records system implementation. Advise customer offices on the reorganization of shared drives and records lifecycle best practices. Coordinate Privacy Act SORN submissions with the Civil Liberties, Privacy, and Transparency (CLPT) office. Participate in IC-wide records management committees and maintain compliance documentation.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in records management or federal compliance environments. Strong knowledge of NARA regulations, Records Control Schedules (RCS), and federal RM best practices. Experience developing office file plans (OFPs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Comfortable training groups and advising senior leadership on records processes and policy. Demonstrated ability to coordinate across government offices and Intelligence Community elements. Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (required).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience implementing electronic records management systems (ERMS). Prior work with the Intelligence Community or military records environments. Familiarity with Privacy Act submissions, CUI handling, and compliance reporting. Training or certification in Information Governance, Records Management, or related fields.
