Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our premium spirits brands. This position involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that build brand equity, drive revenue, and engage consumers across all channels. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the General Manager, Regional Marketing Director, and various teams, to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and meet consumer needs. The focus will be on creating effective brand-building plans that drive sales, grow market share, and enhance brand equity.
What You Can Expect Strategic Leadership
: Lead strategic imperatives for the portfolio, brands, and region in partnership with leadership.
Data Analysis
: Analyze market and consumer data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
Plan Development
: Develop, prioritize, localize, implement, execute, and evaluate brand, business, and consumer plans.
Campaign Creation
: Leverage the Brown-Forman Growth Framework to create impactful brand marketing campaigns.
Activation Management
: Manage campaign activation, ensuring consistency and evaluating marketing investments.
Relationship Building
: Build strong relationships with media outlets and influencers to increase brand affinity.
Vendor Management
: Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and agencies for high-quality marketing services.
Team Development
: Develop and manage a high-performing team, championing brand initiatives within the field.
Intelligence Advocacy
: Serve as the primary point for consumer and competitive intelligence, advocating for brands in the cluster.
Budget Accountability
: Ensure impeccable budget management and accountability for portfolio and brand business results.
What You Bring to the Table Experience & Skills
: Minimum of six years in marketing roles within the beverage or CPG industry, with proficiency in financial and business analyses, including budget management.
Strategic & Analytical Abilities
: Proven track record in strategic planning, execution, and leveraging competitive intelligence in marketing plan development.
Organizational & Communication Skills
: Strong organizational skills to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Collaborative & Leadership Qualities
: Ability to build relationships and strategic partnerships across all levels, with persuasive presentation, storytelling, and coaching skills. Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team.
Adaptability & Initiative
: Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects, demonstrating independent judgment and initiative in a multicultural environment.
Commitment & Enthusiasm
: Enthusiasm for the organization and commitment to outcomes, with a willingness to travel up to 25%.
Technical Proficiency
: Proficiency in Google Suite and a valid driver's license.
